AKA - Potato Pancakes commonly eaten with the Luxemburg sausage
Serves 10
Ingredients
3 pounds potatoes
1-2 shallots
1 -2 cloves garlic
½ cup butter
¼ cup flour
5 eggs
⅔ cup oil
Parsley to taste
Salt, ground pepper to taste
Nutmeg to taste
Directions
Peel and wash potatoes
Grate raw potatoes
Add chopped shallots, crushed garlic and chopped parsley
Fold eggs into the mixture
Blend and season
Add flour
Sauté the patties in a saucepan in hot oil
