      Reminds me when my grandfather used to slice it up and put it on a hard roll with yellow American cheese and miracle whip . And an ice cold old style. Only in Chicago.

      This is the best summer sausage in the world! When I lived in Illinois it was sold in a few stores. I would buy it all the time.

      Busch Soft Summer is the best Summer Sausage ever! It taste just like I remember as a child, and I am 71 years old…. They stopped selling this at Jewel foods Stores in the Chicago area and I am so glad that the Silver Creek Specialty meat company sells this my favorite summer sausage. I will spread the word …. Thanks and please don’t stop selling Busch Summer Sausage.

      This is absolutely fabulous! Slice thicker pieces, put them on the grill, top them with your favorite BBQ sauce and put it on a bun! Fantastic taste!!!!
