I have loved Fred Busch since I was a kid growing up in Chicago, I love the fact that I can order it and have it shipped to me in Texas. It's a great sausage for sandwiches or with cheese & crackers.

Hands down best summer sausage out there. Growing up in Chicago, Busch was a staple in our house,. I remember going to the factory and the sausages hanging up, the butcher wrapping and tying up the meats to take home. I'm glad to see that silver creek kept the same recipe and didn't change anything

BUSCH BEEF SUMMER SAUSAGE SLICER 3.6 LB HALF
Absolutely the best summer sausage available today. I ordered it from Arizona and it took awhile to get here, but it's wonderful. Juicy, flavorful, and very importantly the right size for a sandwich (slices about 4"). True deli-style sausage like nothing available here. I'll keep ordering it as long as Silver Creek will send it. BTW, I ordered a 7" electric slicer from Amazon for a reasonable price so slicing it is not a problem.

Moved to texas 5 yrs ago from chicago. Have been craving good summer sausage for 5 yrs. Buschs is the best and gave me that taste of home. Silver creek was great!!! Ordered and about three days later had it. Will def be ordering again
