Landjaegers are fully cooked and ready to eat right out of the package.  They are protein packed and meant to satisfy.

Traditionally served as a linked pair these snacks are an artful bend of savory seasoning, real hardwood smoke, and flavorful heat.  

Ingredients:  Beef, pork, Cheddar Cheese (Cultured Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Enzymes, Anatto, Calcium Chloride), Landjaeger Seasoning Blend (spices, dextrose, onion, sugar, garlic, salt, ascorbic acid (vitamin C)), Maple Cure (salt, maple sugar, sugar, sodium nitrite), dried jalapeno, crushed red pepper, caraway, Lactic Acid Starter Culture.  Stuffed into a natural hog casing.
