Jim's Blue Ribbon Garlic Summer Sausage has the same tempting flavor of the plain summer but with a bit more of a garlic punch.

Summer Sausage w/garlic
I've ordered this before and will continue to do so as it is delicious! I also will order Thuringer as that was what we called Summer Bologna in the Baltimore area when I was a kid. Christmas Gift
My Parents are elderly and don’t travel very often anymore. My father will only eat Wisconsin Summer Sausage. He and Mom absolutely loved the 4 lb slicer. They freeze it for the year and enjoy a taste of home throughout the year.

Summer Sausage w/garlic
We love this sausage. I started out with a smaller size to see how it tasted. Well, that disappeared so quickly that we started ordering the larger size for sandwiches. It is absolutely delicious, keeps its taste and quality very well as we can't eat the whole sausage all at once. Aside from sandwiches, I use it in a sheet pan with vegetables and cover it with foil to bake it for dinner. Wow, talk about flavor! I recommend this to anyone who loves garlic and a really great sausage!

When I was a kid in Baltimore, my Mom would buy what we called summer bologna. It was my FAVORITE lunch meat with a sweet/spicy taste. No one has it anymore (who knows why) and I've always checked a deli to see if they had it. I've lived in Maryland, Texas, Hawaii, Arizona and now in Delaware...no one has that in their deli. So I did a search and found this site and gave their product a try. It is so close to what I had when I was a kid...I am ecstatic that I can order it in a four pound size for sandwiches. It is delicious and even more so when you fry it up! Thanks!
