      Jim's Blue Ribbon Sausage is a staple in our family. We live out in Oregon and It's not available in any stores out here. We have at least ten rolls sent out here every six months. The absoulute best summer sausage we've ever had!

      I have eaten every type of summer sausage for over 40 years from store bought to home-made. Jim's Blue Ribbon is the best I have ever tried.

      I'm from Oshkosh, but living on the East Coast... I order "The Taste of Home" and fill my freezer with meat treat from Silver Creek 4 or 5 times a year... Can't get the real deal here... Thanks.

      Excellent! Born & raised in Wisconsin, known JBR summer sausage for +45 years. A great snack/sandwich meat with the right blend of spices/herbs, smokiness & texture. Recommend with a slice of aged cheddar (or other full flavor cheese) & dab of hearty mustard on a favorite cracker. Sandwich? Mayo, mustard, cheese, lettuce, etc with your favorite bread. Give yourself & friends a treat. Try the beef & garlic variety too. You will NOT be disappointed & will impress your friends. Hope to find the JBR ring bologna (cold or fried) to enjoy another fond memory of a great meat & cheese plater on game day.

      Number 1 Summer Sausage
