      We used to travel to a corner farmers market in Black Creek,WI to buy your sausage. We were devastated when they stopped carrying it. We were thrilled to find & purchase online for ourselves, & arrived just in time for my dad's 89th birthday! So glad we can continue to purchase online! It is DELICIOUS !!!

      There is NO better summer sausage on the planet. My grandkids will down 2 large sticks in a weekend......and they don't even like sausage!

      I grew up in Neenah but I have lived in Indiana for the last 30 years. It is very difficult to find good summer sausage here. I'm glad I found Jim's.

      I grew up in Oshkosh so I have had many different brands of summer sausage. After I left Oshkosh in 1962, my mom would send "CARE" packages that always included summer sausage. Over the years I hungered for that old time taste of Jim's Summer Sausage. When I found Jim's was made in Oshkosh, I immediately ordered THE BEST Summer Sausage around.

      Excellent product. We received this sausage many years ago as a gift and have been looking for it for some time now. Was really glad to have found it because it is the best sausage ever. It arrived with great speed. I will definitely be a regular customer of Silver Creek Specialty Meats. Will probably try other products also.
