      I grew up in Neenah but I have lived in Indiana for the last 30 years. It is very difficult to find good summer sausage here. I'm glad I found Jim's.

      I grew up in Oshkosh so I have had many different brands of summer sausage. After I left Oshkosh in 1962, my mom would send "CARE" packages that always included summer sausage. Over the years I hungered for that old time taste of Jim's Summer Sausage. When I found Jim's was made in Oshkosh, I immediately ordered THE BEST Summer Sausage around.

      Excellent product. We received this sausage many years ago as a gift and have been looking for it for some time now. Was really glad to have found it because it is the best sausage ever. It arrived with great speed. I will definitely be a regular customer of Silver Creek Specialty Meats. Will probably try other products also.

      The Best Summer Sausage I've Ever Ate !!!

      I received JBR Summer Sausage in a gift pack at Christmas time. I am a transplanted 'Cheese Head' from WI now living in CA. This was the BEST Summer Sausage I have ever ate. I recently ordered 3 JBR 1lb Plain Summer Sausages & 3 JBR 1lb Garlic Summer Sausages which my family and I are enjoying now. I am a 61 year old of German descent and I know summer sausage, and JBR is the VERY BEST !!!
