Excellent flavor and lower in fat

The taste and quality were great with a lower fat content than other sausages. Definitely will buy again

we had looked for a turkey summer sausage for years then found yours, we will never switch!! thank you for making this perfect! not sweet just the perfect blend of spices and the texture is wonderful! we only wish it was in stores close to us.

I have the alpha gal allergy from tick bites. Very nice to have summer sausage that comes close to beef or pork again. Not overly sweet like a competitors brand which is a good thing. Nice texture and firm. Thanks so much for making this available.
