Ingredients
12 oz Silver Creek Beef Summer Sausage
1 tube of refrigerated biscuit dough
8 oz marinara sauce
1 cup shredded cheese
Dried parsley as garnish
Instructions
Spray 10 openings of muffin tin with cooking spray.
Slice summer sausage into thin slices, set aside
Open biscuit dough and place 1 biscuit in each muffin tin circle.
Using fingers, spread dough out so that it fills the entire cup creating a “well” for the toppings.
Spoon in a teaspoon of sauce and add a couple of slices of summer sausage
Sprinkle a bit of shredded cheese on top
Place in the oven at 400 for about 8-10 minutes until cheese bubbles and biscuit becomes golden.
Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy.
