Yields approximately 8 servings
Ingredients
8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
¼ teaspoon Korenie Pub House Garlic power
½ teaspoon Korenie Italian Seasoning
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup pizza sauce
20 thin slices of Silver Creek Beef Summer Sausage
¼ cup sliced black olives
¼ diced green pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, garlic powder, and Italian Seasoning. Spread mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
Top the cream cheese with 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese. Spread the pizza sauce over all.
Top with a layer of beef summer sausage.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the sauce, and then top with remaining summer sausage, peppers, and olives.
Bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve dip with warm baguette slices or tortilla chips!
