8 oz pizza sauce
9 King’s Hawaiian Slider Buns
1 red pepper, diced
6 oz can pitted black olives
Olive oil to brush on tops of buns

Instructions
Prep the food - slice summer sausage into thin pieces, dice pepper, slice olives. If buns are not already pre-sliced, slice buns in half.
Spray 9x9 pan with cooking spray to keep buns from sticking
Place the bottom half of buns in a pan & spread a bit of pizza sauce on top of each bun covering it
Add a layer of cheese followed by 2-3 slices of sausage(feel free to be generous with sausage & a bit more)
Sprinkle another layer of cheese over the summer sausage
Top with black olives and peppers
Place bun “tops” on the olive/pepper layer
Cover with foil & place in a 400 degree oven until cheese melts and meat is warmed through
About 15 minutes
Remove pan from the oven, brush tops with oil and garnish with seasoning
Serve and enjoy
*Silver Creek’s Elk, Venison, or Buffalo summer sausage will work well too
