Yields approximately 12 - ½ cup servings
Ingredients:
14 oz box of tricolor pasta, cooked
¼ cup of shredded carrot
¼ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ cup red onion, diced,
¼ cup green pepper, diced
¼ cup sweet red peppers, diced
¼ cup yellow peppers, diced
¼ cup orange peppers, diced
½ cup cubed fresh mozzarella
1 cup cubed Silver Creek summer sausage (1)
16 oz bottle of your favorite Italian dressing
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl blending well.
Chill, and enjoy.
