2 cups Silver Creek Beef Summer Sausage, cubed
1 cup cubed cheese, I prefer CoJack
1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
½ cup sliced green onion
8 oz Honey Mustard salad dressing, your favorite brand
12 oz tricolor pasta
Cook pasta using package instructions. I prefer al dente (boil 7-8 mins)
Drain and rinse with cold water. Pour into a large mixing bowl
Add sausage, onions, tomatoes, and cheese. Stir until combined
Pour on honey mustard dressing and stir to coat.
Chill and serve
