Was looking for the Gottenburg sausage I used be able to buy in ND. This isn’t it but better than other summer sausages. It’s does not have the texture which was very dense, almost hard and the flavor lacks the heartiness. But, not a terrible substitute.

Good thing I only have one sister. This is as great as we ate as young Swedish kids. But now many of my wife’s 9 siblings are becoming addictive gottenburg eaters! Even though they’re not Scandinavian! I might have to unretire and get a job!
