      Great sausage! I have been eating this type of sausage for 70 years but can't find in Chicago any longer. I was thrilled to find it online. Great response to order. I get it within a couple of days.

      Absolutely a must for a Swedish Julbord on Christmas Eve! We have been buying this for many years before Silver Creek Specialty Meats started making it! It is the same as we got in Chicago long time ago...it's own unique taste but mild...delicious! It slices for perfect cracker size or on Knackbrod! We love it! Ordered 3 this last season! You will not be disappointed! Available smaller and in natural casing as well.

      This I the real one that we used to get on Clark street in Andersonville at Wickstroms and Ericksons. Best for the Swedish Smorgasbord.
