      I grew up with Jim's Blue Ribbon Summer Sausage. Then I moved cross country and it was no where to be found. Every time I came home to Wisconsin I would buy 10-15 rolls to bring home. I have tried other brands of Summer Sausage, but nothing compares to Jim's. The varieties I've tried here in Mississippi are so greasy it's like eating flavored lard. Jim's Blue Ribbon Summer Sausage is lean and meaty, with good seasoning and the best of all not full of fat. I'm glad I found a way to get my Jim's fix. I will definitely keep ordering more.

      Been eating this for years. We first got some at my aunt and uncles at their cabin in Spooner, Wisconsin back in the 70's and have gotten ever since. So glad I finally found you as my source. Great service! Thanks.

      I currently live in Florida but you cannot buy Jim’s down here and nothing is even close. Silver Creek does a wonderful job of helping me stay supplied, their prices are reasonable and their customer service is excellent.
