      This is great, just need 1/4 the amount of salt. I am diabetic with kidney failure. Not supposed to have more than 1200 in a day

      I've sampled many summer sausages on the market, including the name brands and have been disappointed. by the lack of flavor and quality - they just aren't that good anymore. Jim's Blue Ribbon is a pleasant exception. It is excellent! Not only tasty, but clearly, high-quality ingredients are used. I recommend it and will definitely buy more!

      There’s one simple reason why I spend my money all the way from California to purchase Jim’s Blue Ribbon sausage from Silver Creek Specialty Meats -it is simply the BEST! Best in ingredients, best recipe, best curing processes, resulting in best taste; scoring it a best in class! I’ve enjoyed a LOT of great tasting sausage in my 59 years from all over Wisconsin, but the one I long for most is Jim’s Blue Ribbon. The satisfying “tang” of a delicious summer sausage is the hook…Jim’s has it! Well done…well done!
