8oz pork, beef, and buffalo summer sausage
If your looking for a great tasting summer sausage get this one.I found it alot less salty and fatty then other brands.It has a light smokey taste.I will be buying this product again.

I was disappointed. If its Buffalo, why would you need to add beef and pork. There is no reason for that. Buffalo is very good for you. If you wanted to add a little fat to it. Of course you would add pork.
