      The package is way to large. Would buy more often if packages were small enough to freeze.

      I have loved Fred Busch summer sausage since I was a kid living in Chicago in the 70s. I was excited to find it available online through Silver Creek, and I usually order it 2-3 times a year (because I try to make it last). If you love this sausage and can't find it locally I highly recommend ordering from Silver Creek, I've never had a bad experience with them.

      Since moving to Florida, we can not find summer sausage that taste like summer sausage, especially Busch SS. So we ordered it and when It arrived, I couldn't wait to open it and cut a slice. It was awesome.. Thank you for making a fabulous product.

      This is hands down, the BEST Summer sausage in the Universe. SO much better than the competitor whose farm is of hickory. This sausage is incredibly delicious and versatile. It will be the star of your party charcuterie board or grilled on your camping trip! It makes an amazing antipasto salad too. Once you try Busch summer sausage, you will NEVER go back.
