      I've been enjoying Fred Busch meats for over 40 years. If I had one complaint, it would be that I can't get Fred's fresh liver sausage anymore! Silver Creek response: If you contact us directly, we may have an idea for you.

      One of the best and I have tried many over the years but this is now my favorite. Excellent taste, softness, quality. You used to make it in smaller sizes near the holidays and I wish you would make a 1 or 2 pound size.

      I tried dozens of summer sausages and this is one of the best. It has the right softness and amount of seasonings. I just wish you would sell it in smaller packages.

      Absolutely the best summer sausage I have had in ages! It is so delicious! Just perfect ...WAY better than the OM summer sausage I bought for many years and cannot even find anymore. You will NOT be disappointed in this one...it is the BEST!!! HUGE ROLL!! Full size slices for sandwiches!! A taste of Wisconsin in Florida! YUM!!!

      This is the best summer sausage I have ever had. I grew up in Chicago eating Busch's Summer Sausage as a weekly staple. You can not get it in North Carolina. When I found it on Line and was able to order it, I was so excited. So was my family back in Illinois. They no longer had to send it to me.

      I am a 70 year old that was brought up on summer sausage. nowadays, it is becoming increasingly more difficult to find. Busch's is the best. all of the stores in Northwest Indiana that used to carry it have dropped it I am very grateful that it is available through Silver Creek. I slice it myself a use a "food saver" to shrink wrap it. then I freeze it. I will keep for a very long time.
