Great flavor!
As a former Wisconsinite now transplanted to Texas, I was having trouble finding slicing summer sausage in the Lone Star State (read that NONE). Jim's Blue Ribbon Plain summer slicer from Silver Creek Specialty Meats saved the day! Not only does it have great flavor and spicing AND a great smoky taste, but Silver Creek has fast service and shipping. I was enjoying it 3 days after placing my online order. My wife and I can't wait until it's gone so we can order MORE!! We're also going to hook some Texans on it!
