Jim's Blue Ribbon Garlic Summer Sausage has the same tempting flavor of the plain summer but with a bit more of a garlic punch.

Absolutely the best as always I remember first getting this stuff as a little kid tagging along on family hunting trips over 40 years ago since then I have had it shipped allover the country to share with my friends and every time the response was where can i get it Try some fried up for breakfast its awesome for that too!!!

This is a Great Product
We have lived in Florida for 15 years. During that time we have longed for great summer sausage. The only way we could get it was to fly up to Wisconsin. We were from Appleton and were spoiled with great sausage and cheese curds. What a treat to find you folks. Great taste, Thanks your forever customer.

We are from Appleton Wis. We moved to Florida about 15 years ago. Since then we have looked high and low for a good summer sausage. We always had to wait for our relatives from the north to bring it to us. We finally found your company and ordered the 4#. It is absolutely the best sausage I have ever had. Great flavor!
As a former Wisconsinite now transplanted to Texas, I was having trouble finding slicing summer sausage in the Lone Star State (read that NONE). Jim's Blue Ribbon Plain summer slicer from Silver Creek Specialty Meats saved the day! Not only does it have great flavor and spicing AND a great smoky taste, but Silver Creek has fast service and shipping. I was enjoying it 3 days after placing my online order. My wife and I can't wait until it's gone so we can order MORE!! We're also going to hook some Texans on it!
